Breathe in the fresh air and grab your cardigan! Spiced cider and pumpkins tend to bring out the “cozy” in everyone’s home in the fall, and Parkview Senior Living is no exception! Our decorations and autumn activities make the month of September one the favorites for many of our residents and visitors!
- UT football games are always a celebration at Parkview! Our residents love to gather, watch the games, and eat their favorite tailgating snacks; and the Parkview staff is always committed to making game day a fun day!
- Remember, Grandparents Day is Sunday, Sept. 11 this year! Plan to take your senior loved ones on a special excursion or enjoy a delicious meal together in our gorgeous dining room! Family members are always welcome, and our staff ensures that our residents feel like royalty, whether or not they have family visiting that day!
- Day trips, shopping excursions and game nights abound in September. Bingo? Card games? Puzzles? A round of pool? It’s all available! Old movies? New movies? Sit back and enjoy a great flick in our comfortable on-site theater!
- From exercise classes to educational lectures, Parkview offers a full calendar of activities for its residents. Everyone has a schedule of these adventures and is invited to participate at will. We encourage our residents to take every advantage to try new things and acquire new hobbies, or enjoy their old ones to the fullest! There are endless opportunities at Parkview!
Most of our residents find that these golden years are the start of some truly beautiful friendships. But ask any staff member how they feel about our residents, and you’ll find that they do not think of our residents as friends, but more like family.
