At Parkview Senior Living we offer four different floor plans to fit that lifestyle and your budget, including a spacious two-bedroom apartment. We also have our deluxe one-bedroom apartment with large outdoor balcony, a standard one-bedroom with a large outdoor balcony, and a quaint studio apartment also with a large outdoor balcony. Floor plans range from 487 square feet for the studio, up to 1035 square feet for a luxurious two-bedroom.
Our units come equipped with full-service kitchens including microwaves (at select locations only) and refrigerator with ice maker, and others come with a stove and a dishwasher. Pick a floor plan that is best suited for you and then decorate it to make it completely your own.

Parkview Senior Living West Knoxville, North Knoxville and Tullahoma apartments require a one-time, non-refundable deposit of $1,500. The deposit for the Maryville location is $2,000.
There is a second person fee of $900/month for a spouse or friend living in the same apartment, and a one-time pet fee of $900.
For apartments with patios or balconies with a courtyard view there is an additional charge of $150/mo.
